Currently, we only accept returns on orders with damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. Complimentary returns must be requested for within 28 days of the delivery date.

• PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAY FROM THE PRODUCTION OF PERSONALIZED LABELS TO SHIPPING.
• Free shipping with net purchase of HK$500 or above
• For orders less than HK$500, the delivery will be charged during check out
• Your order will be delivered by SF Express to the address that you filled out on the checkout page.
• Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, our system will send you a "Shipment Confirmation Email" with SF Express waybill number of your order.
• To ensure S.F. Express can contact you smoothly, kindly double confirm the mobile number that you submit at the checkout page is correct.
